Praying through Lent
Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout Lent

Praying through Lent is an opportunity for communal prayer, a time to set everything else aside and reflect during the Lenten season and come together as a community.
In this spirit, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for all of Lent (through March 28), the School of Divinity will be hosting morning prayer at 7:40am until 7:55am in Davis Chapel, located in Wingate Hall, on the campus of Wake Forest University. Any one and all are invited to come one or both days each week. To begin, we will be praying the morning prayers from Common Prayer: Liturgy for Ordinary Radicals.
For those who are interested but can’t make it, the liturgy is available on http://commonprayer.net/. Since it is an internet resource, anyone can pray through it on the other days of the week on their own. As we progress through Lent, the leaders will be searching for other resources to supplement Common Prayer and they will posted here.
