- Orientation Coordinators
Lindsey Altvater (MDiv ’16)
As a former high school English teacher, Lindsey is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves life’s simple pleasures: hammocks, being barefoot, the smell of fresh laundry, a good book, Vietnamese iced coffee, laughing until it hurts, fragrant gardens, etc. She is an alum of Elon University and a native of Greensboro, NC, where she lives with her brilliant wife, Laura, and their sweet dogs, Maggie and Harvey. Lindsey is pursuing ordination in the Presbyterian Church (USA), and she’s excited about interning with First Christian Church, a Disciples of Christ congregation, in her neighborhood.
Chelsea Yarborough (MDiv ’15)
Chelsea is from the beautiful city of Baltimore, MD and a 2012 graduate of Elon University. She currently serves as an Associate Minister at United Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC, serves on our community Worship Committee, and is one of the leaders of the Divinity School Worship Team, Lift Every Voice. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys poetry slams, traveling, and Yoohoo.

Ted Wilkinson (MDiv ’15)
Ted was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and attended Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. After a number of years working in hotels around the country, he finally fulfilled his dream of pursuing religious education when he was accepted to Wake Div two years ago. He is looking forward to interning at Peace United Church of Christ this coming year and enjoys spending his free time with friends at cookouts and crocheting scarves and hats.
