Directions from the Piedmont Triad International (PTI) Airport:Leave the airport following signs for Winston-Salem, I-40 West.
At the highway split, take Business 40 West to Winston-Salem and take exit 193B for Silas Creek Parkway North. Follow the signs to Wake Forest University.Airport Transportation Information:

Private car for one or two passengers arriving within 15 minutes of each other $45 total plus tip. Passengers will be greeted at baggage claim with a sign that will get their attention. We will gather luggage and proceed to Winston-Salem are hotel. Please have our number in case you have trouble locating your driver. Call ahead to schedule. For groups needing van service, you must call for pricing.

Located in the center of the baggage claim area at Piedmont International Triad Airport, they run a shuttle once an hour every hour for $35 to area hotels in Winston-Salem. You need only go to the counter to get on a shuttle. Private taxi service is available for $48.50 plus tip. Call ahead to schedule taxi service.
